Terms of Service

Last updated 16 October 2026. By creating an account or using the Crestmont Wealth website you agree to these terms, the Community Guidelines and the Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are and what the service is

Crestmont Wealth ("Crestmont", "we") publishes market research and decision-support tools: daily research from the Crestmont Eagle Eye Scanner, live setups with defined levels, the AI Signal Analyst, alerts, watchlists, reports and a members' community. Our contact details are on the Contact page.

2. Research only, not advice

Everything on the platform is for information and education. It is not personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing is an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, crypto-asset or other instrument. We do not know your circumstances, and we do not manage money or place trades for you. Levels such as triggers, stops and targets describe a research plan under stated conditions; they are not instructions, and a plan can be invalidated, extended or fail. Trading involves substantial risk of loss, and you can lose more than you expected. Past results do not indicate future results. Examples on the public pages use invented values.

3. Data, delays and estimates

Prices, charts and signals come from third-party market-data providers and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Each page states the feed and the time of its data where it can. Indicators, forecasts and projected turns are calculated estimates, not predictions. Plan statuses are evaluated by rules on closed candles; an intraday move is not automatically a confirmed signal. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee it, and you should check anything important with your own sources before acting.

4. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Give accurate details, keep your password secret, and tell us if you think your account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require approval of new accounts, and we may suspend or disable an account that breaks these terms.

5. Plans, payment and cancellation

There are two plans. Free includes the Research Desk and the daily Eagle Eye Scanner picks. Crestmont Elite adds the other features listed on the Membership page, for a monthly subscription whose price is shown before you pay. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. A subscription renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Your account; cancelling stops future charges, and the checkout and the cancellation screen explain how any remaining time and refunds are treated. If a payment fails or you cancel, paid features pause and you keep the free pages. We may change prices or plans with notice, and a change takes effect at your next renewal.

6. Acceptable use and your content

Use the platform lawfully and in line with the Community Guidelines. Do not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute our research, charts or data, or share your login. Posts you make in the community remain yours, but you give us a licence to display them on the platform and to remove them if they break the guidelines. Posts are the views of members, not Crestmont research.

7. Our content and intellectual property

The platform, its research, indicators, reports and design belong to Crestmont or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to view them for your own use while your account is active. Reports are generated for you and are for your own use.

8. Third-party services

The platform uses third parties, for example Stripe for payments, market-data providers, TradingView widgets for some charts and tickers, an email service, and an AI service that helps write explanations. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do, and we are not responsible for their availability or content.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or withdraw features. We may update these terms; if a change matters we will tell you, and continuing to use the platform means you accept the new version.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Crestmont is not liable for losses from trading or investment decisions, for reliance on research, levels, signals or data, or for delays, errors or interruptions in the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending your account

You can delete your account from Your account at any time. We may end or restrict access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example 2, 3, 7 and 10) continue after your account ends.
